1. Local document storage
Resume and cover-letter content is stored locally in your browser in Version 1. FlexSkillAura does not keep a persistent cloud copy by default.
2. Anonymous sessions
FlexSkillAura may establish an anonymous installation and short-lived session to provide credits, protect the service, and process supported operations.
3. AI and export processing
Content required for an AI or PDF task is sent securely to the backend and approved providers. It is processed transiently and deleted according to the published retention policy.
4. Analytics
Analytics must not include names, contact details, employer names, resume text, job descriptions, cover letters, or AI output. Non-essential analytics follow applicable consent choices.
5. Security and abuse prevention
Limited security signals may be processed to enforce credits, rate limits, session integrity, and service protection. A shared IP address alone is not treated as a verified person.
6. Your choices
You can delete local documents from the product. Clearing browser storage also removes local history and may not be reversible.
